Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use stillhumansystems.com, the Operational Visibility Scorecard, our free resources, and the digital products we sell. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Who we are
Still Human Systems is the business name of Yannyreth Chiquinquira Leal Leal, a sole proprietor based in Florida, United States. You can reach us at hello@stillhumansystems.com.
2. Information, not professional advice
Everything on this site, including Scorecard results, examples, emails and articles, is general information about how work moves through a service business. It is based only on what you tell us and is not a full review of your business.
We are not accountants, lawyers, tax advisors, payroll providers or HR advisors, and nothing here is accounting, legal, tax, payroll or employment advice. For those decisions, please talk to a qualified professional.
3. The Scorecard and free resources
The Scorecard and free resources are provided at no cost. Your result is generated automatically from your answers and is meant as a starting point for your own checks. We don’t guarantee any particular outcome from using it.
Examples marked as illustrative are built from common patterns. They are not client case studies, and they are not a promise of results.
4. Digital products
Products such as Crew Payroll OS and Crew Hours Lite are sold or delivered through Gumroad, and Gumroad’s own terms also apply to the purchase.
When you buy or download a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it in your own business. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the files, prompts, videos or guides.
Crew Payroll OS is an Excel workbook. It is not a biller and not an accounting system; it reports labor. It is not a payroll processor either: it does not file taxes, pay employees or replace your payroll provider. You are responsible for checking hours, rates, totals and overtime rules before you pay anyone, and for confirming your payroll setup with your provider or a qualified professional.
AI Import runs in your own ChatGPT account, under ChatGPT’s terms. AI output can be wrong, so always check it against the original messages.
What each edition includes, such as Founding Edition terms, is what the product page says at the time you buy.
5. Refunds
If a product you bought doesn’t work for you, email hello@stillhumansystems.com within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund it in full. No need to explain why. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Gumroad.
6. Calls and services
The free Clarity Review is a conversation with no obligation to buy anything.
Paid projects are covered by a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins for that project.
7. Our content
The website, Scorecard, results, products, guides, videos, designs and the Still Human Systems name and logo belong to Still Human Systems. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, sell or republish our content without written permission.
8. Using the site fairly
Please don’t misuse the site: don’t submit false information or someone else’s email address, try to break or overload the site, copy it with automated tools, or use it for anything unlawful.
9. Other services
We use and link to other companies’ services, such as Calendly for booking, Gumroad for purchases and Brevo for email. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their services.
10. No warranty
The site, Scorecard, resources and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Still Human Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits, payroll errors, penalties or lost data, arising from your use of the site, resources or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service involved in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing.
12. Florida law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.
13. Changes and language
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and changes apply from that date forward.
These terms are available in English and Spanish. If the two versions differ, the English version applies.
