Privacy Policy

Still Human Systems provides operational diagnostics, digital tools, educational resources, and related services for field-service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we collect
We collect information that you choose to provide when you use our scorecard, request a review, contact us, schedule a conversation, download a resource, or purchase a product. Depending on the interaction, this may include:
- Your name, email address, business name, and preferred language.
- Business information such as business type, revenue range, number of field employees and crews, and the way you track hours.
- Your scorecard answers, score, result tier, operational concerns, blind spots, and any question or comment you submit.
- Marketing-consent status, submission date and time, referring page, landing-page address, and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term.
- Order and product-delivery information provided to us by a checkout or delivery provider. We do not directly collect or store your complete payment-card number.
Our hosting and security providers may also process technical request information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and timestamps, as part of operating and protecting the website.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Calculate and display scorecard results.
- Prepare and send the review or resource you requested.
- Provide purchases, product access, support, and service communications.
- Understand operational needs, maintain contact and submission history, and improve our diagnostics, products, and customer experience.
- Measure where requests originate without placing names, email addresses, or free-text answers into analytics events.
- Protect the website, prevent misuse, maintain records, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Requested emails and marketing consent
If you request a Full Operational Visibility Review or another resource, we use your email address to deliver what you requested. That delivery does not require consent to receive promotional marketing.
We send additional promotional resources about operations, labor visibility, profitability, products, or services only when the separate marketing-consent box is selected or you otherwise ask to receive them. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by contacting us. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent necessary transaction, purchase, support, or requested-resource messages.
4. Service providers
We use service providers to operate the business and deliver the services you request. These may include Cloudflare for website delivery and security, Supabase for database services, Brevo and Zoho for contact and email services, Gumroad for checkout and digital-product delivery, Calendly for scheduling, and Google for hosted fonts or related website functionality.
These providers process information on our behalf or under their own terms where applicable. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Cookies and analytics
The scorecard does not currently use advertising pixels or behavioral-advertising cookies. Basic technical information may still be processed by hosting, security, font, scheduling, checkout, or other linked services. If we add material analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by applicable law.
6. Data retention
We keep contact, submission, order, and service records only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, preserve useful business and customer history, improve our systems, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet tax, accounting, or other legal obligations. We may anonymize information that no longer needs to identify you.
7. Your choices and requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses. You may also ask us to stop marketing email at any time. Send requests to hello@stillhumansystems.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some records may be retained where required or permitted by law.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the information we maintain. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children
Our website and services are intended for business owners and operators and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. External links and international processing
Our website may link to services operated by other companies. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the latest version became effective.
