I'm not a coach, and I'm not a software company.

I manage payroll, workers' comp audits, labor tracking, and operations for a real landscaping business in South Florida. Crew Payroll OS was built out of the same spreadsheets, WhatsApp messages, and payroll headaches we deal with every week.
