The story01
Why I see how it connects.
I work in operations and back-office administration inside a South Florida service company, handling payroll administration, scheduling, and account administration.
That work gives me firsthand experience of how operational problems connect. A late schedule change becomes a payroll correction. A missed note in the field becomes a billing gap. A question nobody wrote down ends up on the owner’s phone.
Operational problems rarely stay in one department. They travel.
Still Human Systems brings that understanding to other service businesses: investigating how work really moves, designing something clearer, and putting it into place with the people who’ll run it.
The products came from the same place. Crew Payroll OS started as the system I needed for crew hours and payroll preparation.
